About Us

The Planning Council is charged with setting the priorities for HIV/AIDS treatment for the county, and to making binding recommendations to the Hudson County Department of Health and Human Services.  Based on the Planning Council’s recommendations, the Office on AIDS of the Department of Health and Human Services contracts with agencies to meet the needs stipulated within the categories of the Part A, Ryan White HIV/AIDS Treatment Modernization Act federal funding. 

We currently meet monthly on the first Wednesday at 1:00 via Zoom. Please refer tot he calendar tab for upcoming meeting links. All general and committee meeting are open to the public with the exception of the Consumer Committee which is by invitation only.
